When is rent due?
Due on the 1st of the month and late on the 4th.
How do I pay rent?
Resident portal via bank account, credit card, debit card, money order, cashier's check or personal check if the payment is made by the 3rd.
What deposits are required?
The security deposit ranges from $500 to 2-months of rent, pending credit approval.
What utilities am I responsible for?
Water/sewer usage based on sqf of the apartment and how many residents living in the unit, electricity through Duke Energy, trash is $10.00, pest control $4.00 and service fee $5.99 per month billed with rent.
Who is my cable/internet provider?
The provider is Spectrum. All residents are required to pay a monthly fee of $70 due with rent for cable and internet services.
Are we required to have renter’s insurance?
Yes

Maximo Elementary School and Lakewood High School
Is there a school bus stop?
Schools are on walking distance.
What is the pet policy?
We love pets! Our pet fee is $300 non-refundable pet fee for first pet and $200 non-refundable fee for the second pet. There is monthly pet rent of $15 per pet. There is a 2 pet maximum, and breed restrictions apply.
Do the apartments come with washer/dryers?
No, we have main laundry facility and 11 small laundries through the property.
How do we take out the trash?
Trash is disposed of at our trash compactor.
Is there a designated place to dispose unwanted furniture?
We have a designated are for bulk trash disposal.
Where can I donate old clothes I no longer need?
We are close to thrift stores that accept donations.
How do I get into the 24 hr. fitness center?
Our fitness center will be open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Is parking first-come, first-serve or do we pay for a permit/spot?
Parking is first-come, first serve. Residents must ger parking decal from our office and visitors must park in a visitor parking.
Since the property is gated, how can I let my visitors in?
Our property is not gated at the moment.
